What about the Orion 2500D? Is that underrated or no? Because I plan to get 2 of these so I wanna know now before it's too late.

I would say that the orion 2500d is probably just a little underrated. you should get the full power that they rate it at with that amp. post pics of them and your system when you get them. bump!

The MTX might be a little too much (3000 @ 1)....but I am definately feelin that RF. It looks so sexxy. Just a bit pricey though. eBay has it for like $730. Not a bad deal.

This is just the topic for me, I just had the KX1200 sent to my micro. ele. buddy I had a aftermarket fan put in it for max cooling, the fan begin making noises the other day, so I sent it to him. He got me all fixed back up with an even bigger fan. I had the termnails redone in pure copper, and he clean all the little places that collected dust. We hook it up to the lap top with some program he uses, mostly for redoing TV's, but @ 12.6 volts it got 1563w RMS, I uped his volt meter to 14.9 volts and got 1980 RMS. Almost 2000w RMS out of a factory tested 1200w RMS, just through small upgrades for better current. Sounds the same in the Yukon as it did before. But always kool to know the #'s

I have this dream of this underground culture in mind, coming to life through the Audio that I build, Deep Perfection.YUKON'S SITEhttp://www.cardomain.com/ride/2397609

yeah those rf's are really nice. give out great amounts of power. what kind of voice coils are you planning to get for the xxx's?

They are Dual 2 Ohms. So after I run each set of coil in parallel, I will have two subs running at 1 ohm each. Plus they are 2k W each.

planet audio is over rated by about 10%

their 1250watt amp does 1000rms, and the 1400 watt amp does 1250, and the 2250watt amp does around 1850-1900rms.

price is great with them, and they are decent pieces..
