In my situation I cant add any mire batteries but would be able to add caps I second this... The look of the super caps always looked like a childs toy, and knowing whats inside of it kinda is scary to think your whole car is metal and how fast they can deliver juice. Id like to see safer super cap banks that are of similar sizes to a certain battery foot print. You been in my office? Maybe not for crazy hardcore competitors but i got a feeling tons of people would love a 1 stop shop for batteries and super caps to have a complete electrical package designed with their power draw in mind. Bump4life Posted April 23, 2014 Report Share Posted April 23, 2014 i have 200 reasons in my living room why supercaps are legit. Im not gunna say they are for everyone. Batteries currently have their place. but with the advancements in capacitor technology, the future is bright. im glad this info was brought up. all that northstar bs of holding 13.7 was annoying. I called them out numerous times on Facebook and they all got pissed at me. all I can say is why charge 14.6 when you can charge to anything your car can run on and not have to worry about any maintence ever? there are a lot of plus sides to caps. also plus sides to batteries. depending what you want to use for is what you have to design for in the end. ill have more to add later in for discussion.
