BIGlep
Couple More pics of the sub This thing is MASSIVE, and stiff. People always said their subs were stiff in videos in stuff but now I understand. Compared to stuff at places like Fry's this thing is massive and won't even wiggle. I got the pink because why not? BIGlep
Bumpin for boobies. And does the orion do rated power? I haven't bought one yet. I'm saving the money for a guy I found on craigslist (LOL) but yeah apparently their built AF. N8ball uses them in his truck and from what I found their really beefy. They go for 500+ used on ebay and the guy I found is selling it for $250 obo, he's clueless. I just got to get some change. This is the OLD 2500D I'm talking about. The new 2400.1 or whatever is only 1200 rms. Google some pics of the internals...narly stuff CHECK OUT MY BUILD LOG >>> http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/187006-build-log-saturn-sc2-psi-15-trunk-build/

BIGlep
Little update Got the box screwed together and ready to be glued... Little dilemma is that while the box does fit in the trunk, neither of the trunk openings are large enough for the box to fit through, so it is going to be a in trunk build, facing forwards and sealed/walled into the cabin. BIGlep
Little update. Turns out the box doesn't actually fit in the car. Well it fits inside of the car, but there is no theoretical way to get it into the car. So...it is going to be reassembled and built in the trunk, facing forward, and sealed off into the cabin. I am like 20$ away from buying the amp so that I can tune the damn box's frequency as needed, and get this b**** built. Sorry for the excruciatingly slow progress, things will pick up once the amp gets here. I also worked out that if I price match Fry's with Sonic Electronics I can get my polk MM6501s for like 50$ after giftcards.
