Even though this strip is RGB and able to do any color imaginable, i still only plan on leaving it orange full time. But it needed to be RGB for me to match it properly. Anyhow, here is a few more pics of the progress.

in all reality, i should have cut this groove before i peeled the protective layer off the window. Next best thing, good old blue tape. A few passes on the table saw gives me a nice place to drop the LED strip.

When doing a plexi-window, it is usually a good idea to paint a black border on the INSIDE of the glass to prevent being able to see the ugly weather stripping.

Any black will do. Even a 99 cent rattle can. I used some SEM product i had but a cheap can will do the same.

Next: i have two grab handles i bought today getting shot orange and black (they were chrome). I am mounting them on the top by the ends so i have something to pick the box up with. Right now there is nothing to grip on when doing so and it makes it hard. Also, once all the way done with the box, i am going to shoot one more touch up layer of bedliner on it. There were a few parts that peeled when i got too excited and tried to put the window in before it was dry LOL (as you can prob see). That will be fixed before it goes in.

Also, ipad mini is coming up next! I can't wait to get started!

But you know how we are...never satisfied, so with that, you'll drop it in and love it, but change something some where down the road! hahaha

Like I just did with the house I built 3 years ago. Sold it, and building another cause I wasn't satisfied! Good thing is, the new owners got to keep the Irish pub decals you made. They too, Irish haha.

if i had to guess, about 75lbs total with batteries and everything. Maybe 80. I can pop out the box if i think too much fatass will be riding with me....but most the time woman and small children ride in back LOL
