Lbox88
Was just checking the other day and it looks like some of the rules/requirements of Bass Boxing were changed in April. In particular, Featherweight class. This last year when I went, I don't remember the exact numbers but I had one of my group 31(back) and a group 47(front) both in and it was fine to fit the class. Think the guideline was 1400 in3 of battery maybe? Anyways it's now 1000 in3 of battery so is anyone else looking like they will have to dump battery? Here's the link to the updated rules. http://iasca.com/download/spl/BB%20Rules%202014%20revision%2004%2007.pdf Am I right, have a bad link, or retarded at math suddenly? mrd6
There have been several rule changes since last year. There is a good chance that is one of them... My Build Log: http://www.stevemead...-sundown-power/ Team NorthWestSPL
Lbox88
OH. MY. GOD. Just went through this again, look down at the full breakdown of equipment, and see this. Batteries - Three (3) batteries allowed. One battery must be mounted in the factory location and must fit within the parameters of the unmodified OEM battery tray. Additional batteries must be mounted in engine compartment or cargo area. Batteries must be a standard automotive 12 volt battery. Batteries must be commercially available through standard retail channels (auto supply store, battery supplier, etc.) Batteries cannot exceed 1,000 cubic inches each in size So never mind I guess, I'm a tard, I was about to sell my back batteries for a smaller battery for nothing. Fuking A, I really thought it was 1000 total, not each lol. UBL | Build Log
Bump4life
i always assumed 1000 each. the rule previous was 800 cubic each. i said f the rules and built how i like it. you compete like what? 4 times a year? I drive the other 360 days. I want it how I like it and whatever class I am in, so shall it be. thats why i like db drag now, they have unlimited electrical in every class.
