I guess I take more pics of pointless stuff it looks like I did more today than I really did. LOL

Figured since I forgot to take pics on bolting the shell to the wall.

Wont ever be seen unless you can get it apart layer by layer :P

But like I said thats the way I like it, hidden!

Nothing really special about the tools, Just simple stuff. I know some people spend big bucks on a bit that will drill and countersink at the same time.

its a 4th order just because its tuned in the 40z doesnt mean it wont reach down and jiggle your balls at sub 30 hz frequencies.

Needed a router bit with a 3inch cutting depth, or a narrower shank to plunge it farther to give more depth..

Tried to make one.

Put it in the router for a test fire. Turned the router on, plugged it into an extension cord which I then plugged in at an outside outlet to take shelter just in case.

First test fire it shot straight out the router and into the wall.

Figured it wasnt tight enough so I tightened it more, and this is what happened........

Got the majority of glue cleaned up that oozed out as well.
