audiofanaticz
your going to need 2 360.2s to go 3 way active if thats what your planning on doing and who cares about what amp has better crossover, you aint using the crossovers on the amp if your running active... Thats one way to do it...Run mids off two channels, highs off the other two. You don't have to tri amp to run active. audiofanaticz
running mids and tweets is only 2 way... I dont think there is much point in running active if your just running mids and tweets.. mid bass mid range tweet sub ftw? Nismo, what ever happened to the imprint that your gonna get? Guest Nismofreak
wanna go active. This type of imprint didn't let me and cost about $210 and I can get a 360.2 for $270 I was gonna run this active: midbass tweets subs I was gonna use one amp bridge 2 channels for tweets bridge 2 channels for mids since I can on this amp I want more control of my mids and highs talked to megalomaniac about it
audiofanaticz
said screw imprint I was gonna run this active: midbass tweets subs I was gonna use one amp bridge 2 channels for tweets bridge 2 channels for mids since I can on this amp I want more control of my mids and highs so your going to run 2 way active, on a 4 channel amp bridged so its now going to be running 2 channels, and have mono tweets and mono mids, but yet you want more control............................................................................................................................................................................................................................................ sean 371
audiofanaticz thats 4 way active...more than just about anyone needs. I don't even know of too many SQ competitors who run dedicated midbass...a solid set of mids that can drop low enough to transition to the sub is all you really need if youre not super fickle about your system. In which case, a 3 way active setup works fine without even one processor.
