Explain this balancing system dimensions of cap itself or the complete bank? caps them selves are 2.5 inch diameter by 6.5 inches tall. 8 banks with my bus bars were 16.5 by 19.5. bus bars that i did were made by toolmaker. I designed them in google sketch up and sent him the drawings to make. i designed them to be able to run a continous 1600 amps which is a safe operating load for the 8 banks of caps the banks are hooked up in a parallel series configuration. so 8 caps in a parallel config balance each other since they are in parallel. you count on tolerances being plus minus20% each way. so they level each other out. to keep close balancing you want to limit the series connections to 6.
