Awhitewookie Posted June 29, 2014 Report Share Posted June 29, 2014 Due to recent financial situations, change in equipment, and blowing 3 of my 4 subs (lol woops) I am going to be downsizing my setup. I have always ran multiple subs in a big ported box or the most recent wall that was essentially a sealed off ported box. I've never had a single sub setup. I am looking for what some of your best experiences with different enclosures were running a single sub in a suv. My plan is currently a 18 on either 2k or 4k. I can do either but if I need money for more important things then I will stick with 2k and a cheaper sub. I would like to try my hand at a 4th order but after reading a little bit it seems that they work best in a trunk, not sure about a suv. Only thing pushing me away from a t-line is that I want to not worry near as much for the soft-parts of the sub while giving it power So shoot me some ideas!
