Any time you have have a power wire next to your frame put some rubber hosing (or cut up an innertube) around it. The wire is bound to wiggle (due to driving or flex) and the casing will eventually wear through.

5833 Amp guts pic denotes a monster of an amp.

I would really like to see a test of a Boss chaos extreme mono 5000 to see if it even comes close to this the amp you tested. My prediction of the Boss 6500. Don't know and would love to see if it is what it is !!!!!
