Skar Audio TEAM "TXL Series" Subwoofers PRE-ORDER! 2500 Watts RMS (3.5" Coil Driver)

Recommended Posts

Basically the same as the new sundown baskets right? And their new team is a 4" with that basket

does the Sundown come in a 10 with a 4" ? Highly doubltful.

Which is why they stayed at where its at. But, again, im no sub builder....

  • 3 weeks later...

These are actually going to feature a generic 12" spoke basket on the 10/12/15" models and a 4 spoke on the 18".

Regarding the other questions..

- The TXL-10 does feature a 3.5" Voice Coil like all of the other sizes in this series. It took an extensive amount of time and revisions to this particular size to get a coil of that size working optimally..

- TXL-10/12" spider diameter is 185mm

- TXL-15/18" spider diameter is 205mm

- The TXL series feature extra thick flat tinsel leads that can handle the rated power and then some without any problems.

These along with the new IX series are not far out from arriving now and I am very excited to get these in customers hands! They are absolute monsters and should give our competitors exactly what they've been waiting for =)

These can be pre-ordered on our website and about half of all the units arriving in 15 days have been persons already.

cosmetically it looks like the sundown z v.3.. besides the 3.5 coil what else is different?

Why don't we stop comparing him to sundown? It's a 12 spoke basket and a magnet with extended back plate like everyone else.

Good looking sub guys!!
