just like the comments say...if they find the tracker, you're burnt. I could totally see this inside the amp guts, or even deep in the subs port. Anybody have one who wants to chime in? I'm interested!

Tracker seems okay, but I'd be worried about them finding it.

These are some good suggestions, Wood. I recently had a small vent window in my Trailblazer busted out, then the rest is history. They left my deck, but sub, amp, box, and even my radar detector were all gone. Plus they broke my cargo storage area lid (that's where the amp was).

I never put bass decals on my ride, but it's hard to not crank it close to home, but I'm sure that's how mine got stolen. I think they had been scouting me out...so bassin' away from home would be ideal. This all just happened to me Labor Day night. It sucks some major balls. I had it happen quite a few years ago too with a different vehicle, but I'm pretty sure a gang member lived in my apartment complex, so that pretty well explains that story.

And this, this is like my little window to the world, and every minute's a different show. Now I may not understand it. I may not even necessarily agree with it. But I'll tell you what, I accept it and just sort of glide along. You want to keep things on an even keel, I guess is what I'm saying. You want to go with the flow. The sea refuses no river. The idea is to remain in a state of constant departure while always arriving. It saves on introductions and goodbyes. The ride does not require an explanation - just occupants. That's where you guys come in. It's like you come onto this planet with a crayon box. Now you may get the eight-pack, you may get the sixteen-pack, but it's all in what you do with the crayons, the colors, that you're given. And don't worry about drawing within the lines or coloring outside the lines. I say color outside the lines, you know what I mean? Color right off the page. Don't box me in! I'm also thinking about plexi glassing over the glass, at least in the back for some added security. Plexiglass has higher impact resistance than glass. Any thought from anyone one that? I wouldn't mind doing everything from the front seats back, over the glass. I have a 2004 Trailblazer... so the hatch window (thankfully they didn't break that that's expensive glass), then the passenger door windows, which are already tinted from the factory, but maybe I should darken it even more? I'm really digging the plexiglass idea though.

Anyone have thoughts on that? I wouldn't do my front windows with it.

I'm so pissed. I have way too much going on in my life right now, then this happened. I just want to come up with some sort of fail-safe system to deter thieves, other than a standard security alarm, because those don't really do much for me. Like putting an electric fence around my vehicle, or they even touch it and get zapped. I don't know. Suggestions?
