timc31610
Hey guys, I bought a hydraulic crimper off of Amazon and the largest die in the box is a 70mm, which seems to be 1 size too small for my SHCA 1/0 lugs and possibly 3 sizes too small for the 2/0. Where can I buy larger dies? SIDE SHOW
Most places that sell tools and hydraulic crimpers will sell the different size die's to suit your crimper
Call Me Dubstep
Saw a many people just modify the dye a little bit for the 1/0 as for the others not sure. 2000 Ford Focus ZX3 Mods: Raceland Coilovers Borla Exhaust Aftermarket Header System: Sony CDX-GT66UPW Pioneer 6x8's System Upgrades : Pioneer MVH-X560BT 2 sets of Rockford Fosgate P1683's Fi Audio Q 18" D2 ( Currently Own) DD M1C ( Currently Own) All SHCA Wires and stuff... timc31610
It does work on the 1/0 although the sides are squeezed a little flat. For my 2/0 I ordered a 16 ton crimper. It has dies up to 300 mm. Hopefully that will do it...lol My Build Log 94 Civic http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/188644-94-civic-4-door-build-loq-suggestions-wanted-will-be-super-slow-mo/ Faceebook reluctantly
