Well it is only in a .wav file type. So my headunit will not play the tones. It shows up on my headunit but will not play I have a pioneer 3200dvd. TRON Posted September 1, 2014 Report Share Posted September 1, 2014 You're just using a usb stick or something? If you have an iPod, or any iOS device, they will play .wav files. The only thing to watch out for if you convert to .mp3 is the quality. I don't know if it will affect the actual signal output though. Try writing the .wav files to a CD? That's the best way to do it.
