Kenwood DNX9140

Ok so you got me thinking and I realized I hadn't taken the usb out and see if that made it stop rebooting.

Well I tried it on the way home and what do you know? It worked.

So now Im reformatting it and am going to load everything back on it and hope that fixes it.

Of course now, the question is, why did it start dong that all of the sudden?

Well no luck, after I reformatted the usb and put most of my music back on, its rebooting almost instantly now. So its something to do with the usb....but what?

I formatted it as FAT32 is that ok?

good stuff man, we are getting somewere atleast..... check how you have your folders and music listen on the usb.... try another usb too, better brand/quality and try a smaller capacity one. think the limit on the pioneers for around 8 to 16 gig, not sure bout the kenwoods. have a squiz in your manuel and it should say how the file need to be put on the usb

I have, and have had for a couple years the same sandisk 32gb usb and I and the folders have all been the same other than adding more. Maybe i have to many. Ill try that and see.
