So im having a lot of trouble trying to take out the rear seats of my Cadillac. Google searches left me high and dry. Not even people at the reupholsters could tell me, i couldnt even find bolts behind or anything. i'll take pictures if you guys need but im not sure if it will be any help.

Old rides like that they usually just clipped in. On the top part push in hard then slide up to release bottom may have accessible bolts after that if not just push back on it hard and tip up to release it.

That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals.

Yeah, if it's an old one push the front of the hard seat frame closest to the floor straight back towards the trunk and then lift up, usually one per side or three spread evenly across the front.

Static drops are my bag.

so i tryed to take them out... yeah. Didnt work out lol. im going to keep trying though, so guy in town knows a lot about these old cars so im going to bring it to him.

So i got them out, there was 2 clips on the bottom cushion that was like a thick metal wire bent into a 180 and you push on that, then lift up and it unclips, and the top has clips and two bolts on each side at the bottom. so hopefully in 10 years and some other guy asks the same question cause he is putting two 18's in his he can read this shit and be like damn son, thats some good information.
