tburt915
I have 2 12in FI BLs in a 5 cubic foot box tuned to 32 hz. I have 14 sq inches of port per cube. I am running my new BLs on a sundown saz2500 at 1 ohm. I am very disappointed in the outcome of this setup. I had 2 12in FI SSDs in the same box ran off a bit less power, around 2000, and they were louder at every frequency but the low 30s. For some reason, I peak at 30hz where i was expecting to peak in the mid to high 30s. I have had a single 12in FI BL before and it seemed to not like to go much under 34hz. Im confused as to why they are peaking so low?

tburt915
tested by ear but its very clear that they do not hit 40 hz well at all.
Skullz
Are the subs new by chance? If the subs are new you'll need to break them in to get the most out of them which might explain why your ssds's were louder right now than the BL's 01 Ford focus ZX3 Pioneer AVH-X491BHS PPI PC 4800.2 Morel Maximo 6.5" x2

Aj11
i wanna say you broke your box. i had the same thing happen to me 5 weeks ago. 2 days before a show i turned my system up and it had lost all the power. no highs..Lil lows. while i was looking for electrical issues i found the side of my box Was separating. check your box, play at half volume and feel your box. check for leaks and flex. if everything was fine before you switched subs, either you wired the ohm higher then planned or your box is leaking jvc deck stinger 1800 front hc 2000 kinetic rear 2 runs of 1/0g big 3/4 ct 60.4 2 ct 1400.1 ct EXO 15 d1 lots of deadner type r comps front stage 6 kicker tweets rear stage lots of great stuff coming soon ho alt more bats ct comps for front stage more deadner sweet amp rack lots of L.E.D lights new deck (thinking 80 prs, or flip out)
