Yes, the figure is only meant to show you how to assemble the box, how pieces in the cutsheet fit together, this is why I underlined " , figure is just an assembly guide, " above. Also that small difference in port area won't make it worse in any way, is just 3 square inches of port area more than a 13 sqin/cube you wanted, if any difference you were to notice, that would be better port output when playing full tilt, no difference at lower power, pretty high tuning you did choose though, hope you have tested this is your preferred tuning. I tuned to 34hz and it played very well but after emailing kicker and always getting a response that I should tune to 40hz, I decided to give it a try since most of rap and other music I listen too doesn't go that low. I'm sure this box will still hit the 32hz note well which is where my epicenter filters at.
