Plus, in the future you can still get a cheap spinning HD with tons of space for storage. Boot to the SSD and use it for your most used programs. Put pics and video's and other bullshit on the storage drive. But 500gb SSD for that price is good and it will be ok for a while until you start to fill it up. but i PROMISE you that you will thank me (and others) for suggesting it. I have seen more than my share of seagate drives shit out for no reason. I'd stick with western digital. Jessica Posted November 25, 2014 Author Report Share Posted November 25, 2014 since the new drive wont be here till probably friday, im going to use an old 256GB drive do a clean install of win 8.1 with drivers and all and mirror it when the SSD gets here.
