SolerTuned Posted July 7, 2017 Author Report Share Posted July 7, 2017 Its about finding a balance.... to which I have yet to find. It made it a couple of weeks of abuse. But unfortunately I broke another windshield. This one is attributed to the roof skin/ windshield frame separating from the windshield support. All of the factory pinch welds broke loose. As a result, the roof was able to flex again, even though the support and the brace were solid. The plan at this point is to reweld the 2 pieces together. Maybe add some bracing on the frame. If we can keep the frame from moving, then the rest of the car is pretty much solid enough.
