Got a little done today, weather was drizzly on and off so i couldnt glas the pods as if i do it undercover everybody whinges about the smell, though they all smoke and that doesnt bother them... lol

any way stripped all the seats and seat belts out, i had to grind off some of the bolts as they were spinning but not loosening

next up is finishing pods and filling the sides with foam and replacing the thin trim with 3/4 mdf

quick question... what are peoples toughts on filling all the rear quarters with foam? It will be around 200-300 dollars in cost and I am just not sure I can justify the expense... anybody that hasn't done have any major problems down the track? I want to do this right the first time but if I can save a few hundred bucks then awesome..

so after pumping 20 odd cans of expanding foam into the rear quarter panels, i went and bought 40mtr so about 120 feet of steel to start welding up a frame this saturday after work...pics to come
