This picture doesn't show the pain in the ass the two subs at the plexi glass were. The plexi was a last minute decision and the pricing was so close i just pulled the trigger on the 1" without really thinking. The motors clear the plexi by about 1/4" or so, but not the mounting bolts for the plexi. My buddy and I spent 45 minutes wrestling with putting the two subs in, then putting the very center top bolt in, then fighting the magnetic pull of the motor to put the washer, lock washer and nut onto the bolt, tighten them with a wrench from the inside, all while not getting finger prints on the plexi lol.

If you want a tip on that stuff, I would've rounded the sub holes over, and then ran it over into the walls in the sub holes. Not all the way down on the flat, if you don't want, but on the sides. Just makes for a better finished edge.

Everything still looks great though. Nice work!!

So the bussbars are only for 3 of the batteries, the 4th battery's terminals aren't the same width as the first 3 so needed some jumper cables to make it work. They're off by atmost an 1/8th inch but i didn't want to try to figure it out for sure on the bussbars, it was getting colder and the propane was running low again.

Not the safest option but it works for now

yes that's my 4 ga feeding the battery rack. I've been putting the charger on them every night and i have a voltage meter up front watching the rack, i'll get that straightened out shortly.

Lights up nicely, they need time to warm up though

Can't really tell by this picture and i'll get a better one at some point but, the lights on the inside of the box are turned on through the amp turn on lead. Works good for now, i have a relay to wire in from the turn on switch in the center console to better deal with the voltage draw but i don't think it's more then .5 draw between the amp and the lights anyways.

And a night shot with the lights glowing off the back hatch glass, this is what i see inside at night through my rear view mirror.

That's all she wrote for now folks! Once the alternator comes in, i'll get more pictures with it, the final wiring, and then videos of it hopefully doing some damage to the truck lol. She hammers pretty good now so we shall see what happens!
