I do ok but I'm not rich.but none of this is on a credit card either.Discover has rotating 5% cash back categories one of which is online shopping, which includes Paypal. When you're spending that much anyway there's no reason not to put it on a credit card IMO. At the minimum it's 1% cash back on all purchases. Some cards have a 2% cash back all the time too. Credit cards are nothing but good when you don't carry a balance. Both the Chase Freedom and Discover It cards have rotating 5% cash back categories so using them together can work pretty well. Right now the freedom card category is grocery stores and gas stations for the It card.
