deadbroke
does meade not fuse his alternator wires from the alternator, just at the buss bars in the back? to me it seems like he runs wires straight from the alternators to the buss bars in the back and I have no idea where he runs the negative wires that hook up to the buss bars. maybe someone can shed some light. Broke_Audio_Addict
I do not believe that he fuses his alt runs in the front but he's been in the game a long time and knows what he's doing and he trust his whole install. Me I'm too scared for that nonsense. That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals. deadbroke
I was looking through his video logs and that's when i noticed then looked through his build log and couldn't see anything showing more. I don't think he fuses at the alternator which seems pointless to me if the only fuse is at the buss bar. Im guessing he grounds the buss to the alternators even though i haven't seen a picture of it
Broke_Audio_Addict
He knows what he is doing man don't worry. It hasn't burned down yet has it? And it's been completed and playing just fine for a long time now. Broke_Audio_Addict
Don't unless you're ok with the possibility Of your car burning to the ground. Just because you saw someone else do it doesn't mean you should too. OrionStang
Some people fuse that run, others don't. If I was running front to back, I would. But I don't fuse the 2ft run from my alt to front battery. SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread
Bump4life
he probably has the runs from the alt to the back and only fuses at the rear if i recal right he has fuses from those runs. if they are not connected to a battery in the fron they only need to be fused on one end. Also alts can go nuts and having them fused can possibly prevent it from frying your stuff if it does.
