It's much simpler to just run new wire...

Unless you're putting that planet audio in the place of the Bose, in which case go ahead and cut and splice the factory speaker wiring. If not, just run new wire.

With it that close to the factory amp it really just depends on what you want to do. It's easier to run new wire, but you could cut and splice if you want and just run it out of the center console under the carpet and up through a hole in the carpet at a seat bolt or something. Do what is easiest for you and suits your needs.
