Basically that's where I sit for now. I have the rear port in and I have some wood to fill the holes above and below the port right now.

Haven't decided if I want to test tune then make it look good or make it look good and if it sounds bad test and tune

I have a strict deadline of slamology so we'll see what I decide

I love so much of what is going on in this thread. Like so many others though, with the NS1's, just set em and forget em because you can't get to the adjustments?

Nope. The beauty of how we did these is there isn't any screws holding them in. By stretching the fleese under the seal you can leave some fleese as is and when you are done with fiberglassing the center the part under the seal is what holds it down

So to take it out he pulls off the seal then it pops out in one piece

Hard to explain but I'll see if I can dig up the post he made about this. I know if you get on Facebook and like walledlife he did a write up there

Well its all sealed up now and loaded with the subs. Tape is for the whole next week while I test to see if I like the port.

Port was a little smaller than I wanted but I'm not sure that I will be changing it due to lack of depth

Oh and while I was waiting for some stuff to dry i decided to take a nice little ride with a case of beer....
