Broke_Audio_Addict
I am currently with wow which sucks but it's cheaper so oh well. Google fiber is going to be a game changer though and is going to force the others to compete or be gone. That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals. Broke_Audio_Addict
Just one example of the game changing for a $300 install fee you can get a 5Mbps connection to Google fiber for free. Karkov
I have 15 down and 2 up but when I watch 3 min. Youtube vid. at 480 the effin thing has to buffer or stop or whatever. explain that shit. But I do Speedtest.net and get like 14+ down and 1.89'ish up Called and complained a lot. they trenched in new cable from between everyones back yards, new wire through house, modem, the works, no better. I switch companies every 2-3 years or whenever the contract ends. I used to pay 30 bucks for 3 down and now I pay 70 for 15 and it's not any fucking better. these companies piss me off so bad. they can call it whatever they want and charge whatever they want but if the service does change it's simply inflation and nothing else/better. KiKaZz74
No separate. Netgear n600 router and I'm not sure on modem. Has the tel 1 and tel 2 lines on it also. Both may be junk. Before we were able to have WiFi over 500ft away up the road. Now you get to the outer area of our yard and it cuts out. Just slow as shit all the time but speed tests good. May need to look into a personal modem and new router. WiFi is spotty in the house to and never used to be.
