I will be honest, it is expensive. There is over $500 just in steal after paying for it to be water jet cut locally. Batteries are here, amps are here, subs are sitting in Cali waiting to be picked up. No more reasons to not work, time to get this thing done. CJ18 Posted October 19, 2015 Author Report Share Posted October 19, 2015 The sub baffle has to be removable for now. This is not the last baffle that will be used. It is sealed to the steel frame with weather stripping and bolted through to the steel frame with 50+ 1/4" bolts. The entire front side will get bodywork to clean it up and all edges will be siliconed to ensure a tight seal. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I couldnt help myself and had to mock up the 370 Elites on it to see how they look. Came out awesome!
