When done you just activate. my laptop went from Windows 7 home premium to Windows 10 home My desktop went from Windows 8.1 pro to Windows 10 pro Neither one asked for Key, just checked that you had a current valid key. I got lucky i didnt dump the machine yet because I want a fresh install not a upgrade. https://www.magicaljellybean.com/keyfinder/ Downloaded the free version, did advanced install so you dont get the bogus additional bloatware. It's been wonderful, I have experienced a single issue where when I linked a user account with my Microsoft Account that user would become corrupted. I haven't tried linking an account since the last build, but I would like to be able to use certain features like Cortana and the Microsoft Store.
