I went to put it on my pay pal and they are now saying they need more info on my account. They (paypal) want me to send a copy of my social security card. Valid address info and Id ... The thing is its gonna take a few days. I thought it was gonna be simple. But turns out its not. Does anyone know of a different way I can transfer the money ? Like a different prepaid card or something like that.. I don't know the guy. Verrified the funds were there and left. I'm kinda worried he will check the card and take the money and leave me screwed. Its been about 5years sense I've done any type of PayPal transactions and figured this would be simple. Unless of course you were applying for their credit card. The lazy fuck I spoke to earlier just didn't want to take the time (6mins to be exact) to manually do the work. But they did have to use my social and birthday to over ride the issue... Wonder why.. audiofanaticz Posted August 8, 2015 Report Share Posted August 8, 2015 Its mostly due to tax laws, if you sell over $XXX amount of dollars worth of stuff it is considered taxable income, and you would get a W-2 from paypal for tax season. also the US Patriot Act requires paypal to do so..
