MrGrey13
This will be my complete build log of my MKVI Jetta SE 2.5. I will cover everything i do to the car including audio, (minor) performance, visuals. My main goal is to learn and use new techniques with this build and to have a clean install.... and of course be loud! Side note, if you have anything negative to say about any equipment I use don't waste your time, if you have actual knowledge and something to teach or think i could do better let me know! The day i got the car! Lets build a box! Test fit of the baffle. Dry fit and flush trim time! Battery died... Break time... this muffin was my lunch, dinner. Marking some holes. *edited title* Durango build log

MrGrey13
Despite the box being too big to fit through the trunk i moved on! Got all the panels dry fit and flush! Blurry but made sure the bracing would fit, nothing better than solid bracing! HOLEY day this was... Cut 15 total rings, that's 30 circles! Little router trick i learned... Used a small flush trim bit to finish these off. I was one short so i decided to rough cut a ring and trim it down to practice another router technique. 10.5" total with double baffle and brace! exactly to specs! MrGrey13
Glue time! after almost 4 hours of routering holes i was ready to sit and do something relaxing... Side note, i had to switch router bits half way through so the outer rings are a little off from each other but i made sure the insides were done with the same bit! also, got the box in... if you want to see how leave a comment!
