zoeboi954 Posted September 20, 2015 Report Share Posted September 20, 2015 i recently bought the Samsung 4k led smart tv UN60JU6500 cause my lg lcd 55lh40 backlight broke.i have Verizon fios dvr which claims to put out 1080i...but i use kodi most of the time. the quality of the new tv is way much better i'm not sure if its because the samsung is led or 4k.. but even though it cost me over 1,000 i have no regrets..... a week later i end up taking apart the broken tv and i fixed it buying 40 bucks part off of ebay. so dont throw the old one away so fast 4 Fi Q 12s In A Prius on 4 Crescendo BC2000D?! If you're going to be watching movies on it, yeah, 4K for sure. There's not a lot of media, but it's catching up dang fast. If it's just office-y type stuff, it ain't even worth a couple hundred bucks in price difference. If it's for random TV in the waiting room... I think the waiters will be fine with 1080p. moredbs Posted September 20, 2015 Report Share Posted September 20, 2015 i have a first gen samsung 4k 65 inch no regrets other than buying it too soon, and prices were still high. prices are way better now 55 inch samsung for only 1k.
