i used to play this and crystal castle with unlimited play time.. when i was 8 years old and would go to the laundry place with mom i would get metal hangers and stick it behind the coin thing for free credits.. when i was around 12 they had changed to the new coin insert thing i would trade quarters for nickles then go home and smashed on them with a hammer making them quarter size and would play 5 credits for 25 cents lol

Hey Steve, I'm the arcade guy! I have a few interests, car audio is one but the arcade bug bit me hard and I've invested a ton into it. I'll post up some pics of my garage turned arcade, the ones I showed you on my phone don't do the room any justice. Hit me up when you want to come play, you'll end up wanting some driving games too!

Man that cabinet & internals are in amazing shape, Very cool!

You might like this YouTube channel I stumbled upon a few months ago called Johns Arcade, he restores classic arcade games like this and documents the process pretty thoroughly, Most the time he literally tears them down 100% and rebuilds them to original specs, instead of just swapping out the monitor with a newer one he'll rebuild the original CRT etc.

His various restores are in the channel Playlists.

never getting another build done now.

I remember back in the day when people would put Nintendo's in there vehicles and play Donkey Kong really loud.

I am telling you... Donkey Kong has Bass!!

Speaking of Which get the M.A.M.E emulator for Mac and installed it in the Tahoe and get Donkey Kong then play in the Tahoe.
