meade916
I have about $500 worth of Router bits on the way, from Mobile Solutions of course... but i wanted to see if what i have, which is a spiral upcut bit, will cut Acrylic as great as it does MDF. Well, it did a damn good job! I think a few more practice projects like this and i will be in business. Especially once i get better bits. 1 Quote All SMD products + MORE available at my store here! https://wccaraudio.com/ Subscribe to My Youtube Channel! Over 1,000,000 subscribers strong! meade916
oh, my terminal cup didn't fit LOL - MDF is a lot more forgiving and i could have probably shoved this into the hole if it was wood. I will make the next one better. Oh it is fully water tight!! I filled it up already and no leaks! meade916
Neat!! Out of curiosity how do you glue and work with acrylic? Does it melt and gum up bits? you don't glue them. You bond them with solvent. It molecularly *sp becomes one piece rather than two pieces joined by a substance. It literally melts them together. 2 Quote All SMD products + MORE available at my store here! https://wccaraudio.com/ Subscribe to My Youtube Channel! Over 1,000,000 subscribers strong!
