Upgrade from 160a alt to 240a hairpin

Loved my 270xp.

You're gaining 50 amps at idle over the specs of the mechman you listed, that's a huge difference.

That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals.

Also for what it's worth my 270 did over 200 amps at idle when loaded down.

Also remember that an alt will only put out what's asked of it.

Your on it. The large case 270 I ran, and sold, is basically the same. That tank would wip out 200-220 at a 700rev turn on. All day. All night. Hot, whatever. Was beast. Loved that case.

Edit- I may have a vid of it doing 220 just at 700rpm. I'll look
