Actually I drive an SUV. So I am putting new P1683 6x8s in all four doors. And then use the 4 channel amp to power all 4 speakers. And if I feel like I need it later on, add a pair of Punch P1T-S Tweeters in the front doors.

My plan of action is:

Buy and install P1683 door speakers. (On the way)

Buy and install 0 gauge and distribution blocks.

Buy and install Prime 1200 watt amp. (To replace current amplifier)

Buy and install P3D4-12 subwoofers. (In current box)

Build new box for subwoofers.

Buy and install Prime 400 watt amp for door speakers.

Buy and install Punch P1T-S Tweeters. (Maybe)

I use KNU Krystal cables, they work great for me. Some people complain that the RCA ends fit too tightly on the terminals though so consider that in your analysis.

A tight connection is an issue...? Interesting.

I was looking for some 6 channel RCAs. Is Stinger a good brand for RCAs? They seem to be the only brand that carries 6 channel cables. Also, what about Rockford Fosgates RCAs?

Stinger is a good brand, for everything they make !

Don't buy too fancy ones. You don't need to spend an arm on rcas.

I use Knu, and Phonocar in my ride, I had Stinger ones in my old car.

Buy what you find locally : it's a good way to have local contacts ! The cheapest are not always the baddest...

There are not really any local shops in my area, so I am forced to go with online shopping. Alright, now down to the fuses..

How big (and how many) of fuses would I want for my potential system?

Rockford recommends a 150A for the r1200 and a 50A for the r400, also fuse the 0ga at the battery, a 250A would be fine there for this build.

Also see this video before ordering RCA cables, the Prime amps are single ended inputs.
