Looking for a standard ported box design for a DC Audio m3 8... Will be just a single sub on a Taramps 800hd Thanks in advance...

 

2010 Chevy  HHR Panel (Work in progress)

Pioneer AVHX-5800BHS

McLaren MLM880's and MLT2's 2ea per door on a DC 175.4

Two DC Audio M4 Level 5 15's On A DC5K

Alt CES 200/270+

4ea Banks of Maxwell 2.7v 3000f caps for a total of 2000f

1ea XS 3100 and 2ea NSB FT170 Batts for 450+ah 

Not a HUGE build but here it is... DC Audio HHR Build

Ok, so this is what I came up with... I took the standard port picture I had and starting plugging numbers in using the xplicitaudio app... Over all size 18w x 12h x 14d with a 1 x 10.5 inch port that is 22 inches long... .79cu @ 38hz My big question is should this design work ok?

Thought I'd share these spec since they were hard to find

Just got these specs from DC Audio

Per each M3 8 inch

*includes woofer and port displacement

*Does not include bracing.

VB- Box volume gross 1.25 cubic feet

Port- Port are opening 14 SQ inches

Length- Port Length 30 inches

tuning frequency 35 hrtz
