TC Sounds LMS Ultra 18" Build :)

Recommended Posts

Nice- love the door panels. looks great for a first set. I always been scared to cut up my doors. Digging the passive radiator setup too.

Thanks man! theres def some imperfections here and there, happy for my first try though. i bought a 2nd pare of door panels on ebay, didnt want to hack up the orig. i was almost forced to go with the passive setup, port wouldve been 96in long and i really wanted to see out the back of the car.. did a lot of research, most are used in home audio but gave it a whirl for my car

finally going to finish this! ive installed a 250A singer alt.. but bad news is ive destroyed a passive radiator. i ordered new 'high excursion' PR's which will hopefully keep up with the lms. while im waiting on the new prs ive decided to rebuild the box, re do the tablet mold and mold the processor control into the console.

Thats pretty sweet man.  I like what you did with your interconnect wires between the coils, very unique.

Thanks man! i grabbed it from home depot, $1.39/foot, 4-gauge solid copper. it comes in a roll, i put one end in a drill & the other in a vice.. spin it a few times and it straightens itself out. i always dug the look of hard-lines for an air ride and tried to recreate that a bit

Quick vid of the finished product.. well almost. Gonna hit the jbl amp trim with another coat  & patiently waiting on the new PR's to arrive! Supposedly shipping this week they said. Other than that, it's all ready to go. I'll take another video In daylight.
