A big thank you to the SMD community!

I originally joined SMD forums to ask a few questions about my old setup which consisted of (4) Kicker Comp Vr's on a Rockford P1000 in a sealed box. Thanks to the guys around here what I end up with is whats listed below. Sad to say I really thought I had a bad ass system when i was rockin the Kickers. Dont get me wrong it sounded damn good for what it was. The only thing that carried over from the old setup was my box but even it had a major overhaul.

What I am trying to accomplish here is a 14 or 16 volt setup. I've spent hours upon hours researching a way to run a 16 volt setup in a Dodge vehicle with no results. So I have got a local machine shop "Tafta" designing and fabricating a triple alt bracket to allow me to reinstall my factory alt to run the truck itself and run 2 alts capable of running a true 14v or 16v designated system to power this setup. How many people can say they have 6500 watts of madness in a single cab, non walled, non blow though truck? Me... Anyway all votes will be very much appreciated!

It aint perfect by no means but its my first true build!

Current setup:

(2) Sp4 12's duel 1 ohms fully upgraded

(1) Sundown NS1 v2

(1) Singer 370A alternator

(2) XS Power D3100's

(1) 8"x14" Aero Port "Thanks to Audible Engineering"

Box is 5.5 cubes after sub and port displacement giving me a tuning frequency of 35Hz

115' of 2/0 EB-Flex welding cable installed "still have 48' in reserve for expantion"

Head unit is a Pioneer AVH-X7500BT

Digital Volt Meter from GlowShift Gauges

And a lot of other miscellaneous goodies

Still waiting on my 2 pcs. of heat shink that i was shorted. lol... o'well

As you can see the voltage drop near the end of the video (11.x) volts this would be perfect for me!

Again thanks for all the help and support guys!

I'll do body filler all day every day, but this reinforced, fortified fucking kitty hair can kiss my balls.

Hey SMD,

First off, good luck to everyone! There are some extremely nice builds this month!

This car was my first build and I learned a lot through the whole process. I hope to improve my skills to get on the level that some of you guys are on :D I am going to be building a 12k blow through in my truck with 6 Crossfire XS-V3 12s, so this Mechman alternator would be an amazing help!

As most of you know, all of my pics uploaded upside down in my build log haha. So here's what's in the car, some right side up pics, and a quick video.

Thanks again for the nomination!
