Hi.

Please advice amp/subwoofer for a daily listening system for my SUV and to match front speakers, I probably get only a pair of 6.5 inch, and a pair of tweeter.

Music I listen to are

80% - extreme/death metal lots of kick drum,

10% - pop,jazz

10% - electronic/dubstep/rab/drum and bass.

I aim for SQ, more musical, less distortion, deep, clean, and tight bass.

Option 1: one SD-3 10" in sealed box.

Option 2: two SD-3 10" in sealed box.

Option 3: one SD-3 12" in sealed box. <-- preferred

Option 4: two SD-3 12" in sealed box. <-- probably too much?

Should I get them 4-ohm or 2-ohm version? and which amp?

Please, for any other suggestions.

What they said. Lots of good amps that will get you the right amount of watts. The sd's sound great sealed and on rated power.

I have an SD-3 12" D4 in a sealed box just under 1 cu ft. The one I have was the prototype unit that has the machined outer spokes unlike the production models. I have it powered by a RF 501bd and processed with an MS-8. It is an awesome sub but I will be upgrading next year so I may sell this one.
