Dc amps woth the cost?

Recommended Posts

Im hesitant to put down 600bucks on a dc 2.0k when similar amps like cab1600.1 and hifonics brutus are under $250...

Is the extra cost just how well made and how long they will last? Dont plan to be banging sundowns till my 80th birthday.

A DC 2k is worth that much because it actually puts out a true 2000 watts rms at 12.6 volts, which amps that are half the price do not. Look trough enough build logs, the amount of people running DC amps should speak for the quality of these amps.

Yes there worth it.

They have better boards and broad parts.

Will last longer, and give cleaner power and sound better doing it But you have to back it up. Guess you already know this one.

Get what you pay for.

I was hard headed and tight on money. And learned the hard way to many times. Save and get better to begin with.

As with anything in life, you get what you pay for

Not always.

That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals.
