detroitdb
it's been a while, So I'm moving in a different direction. So doing a forward facing enclosure what do you guys think I should do? I have the ability to get 8.5 cubes out of the trunk area. I know its a popular sub and I know the typical rules. I was just wondering what your guys thoughts were meaning cubic ft tuning port area etc. thank you in advance https://photos.google.com/photo/AF1QipP7rjav9cD9UFdAYBJmz4M4LoNlF26ng1xhAf4Uhttps://photos.google.com/photo/AF1QipP7rjav9cD9UFdAYBJmz4M4LoNlF26ng1xhAf4U 2013 DODGE CHALLENGER R/T SUNDOWN ZV4-18 CRESCENDO 3.5K PIONEER AVIC 5300 NEX ALPINE TYPE R 6.5S & 6X9'S ROCKFORD FOSGATE 1.5" TWEETS 5 C&D TECH BATTS
ToNasty
8.5 is small even for those subs. 2 would be good. Maybe a little smaller amp. ***Super Sellers List***http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/25829-super-sellers-buyers

detroitdb
I actually put a tape down and calculated 11.43 cubic ft gross. https://photos.google.com/photo/AF1QipP7rjav9cD9UFdAYBJmz4M4LoNlF26ng1xhAf4Uhttps://photos.google.com/photo/AF1QipP7rjav9cD9UFdAYBJmz4M4LoNlF26ng1xhAf4U 2013 DODGE CHALLENGER R/T SUNDOWN ZV4-18 CRESCENDO 3.5K PIONEER AVIC 5300 NEX ALPINE TYPE R 6.5S & 6X9'S ROCKFORD FOSGATE 1.5" TWEETS 5 C&D TECH BATTS
RooTxBeeR
11.43ft gross will give you between 7.5-9.5cuft net with displacements. Which can or can't be enough for 2 depending on power and goals. mothra
considering power rating on those subs and air space, seems to be on track. smaller enclosure can take more power. sub is rated under 1k each, OP is giving it 3.5k. if nothing changes, nothing changes You don't know what you don't know, till you don't know
