ShadeTreeMechanic
On industrial machinery, there is usually a torque spec for electrical connections. Usually we tighten things as tight as we can get them without stripping or breaking stuff. Maybe they can tell you the spec and you could use a torque wrench on it. I check all my stuff on a regular basis too. It bugs me when I see an install where stuff is so hurried that there is no way the connections could be checked without major disassembly. You just know that the stuff doesn't get checked. 91 C350 Centurion conversion ( Four Door One Ton Bronco) 250A Alternator (Second Alternator Coming Soon) G65 AGM Up Front / Two G31 AGM in Back Pioneer 80PRS CT Sounds AT125.2 / CT Sounds 6.5 Strato Pro component Front Stage CT Sounds AT125.2 / Lanzar Pro 8" coax w/compression horn tweeter Rear Fill FSD 5000D 1/2 ohm (SoundQubed 7k Coming Soon) Two HDS315 Four Qubes Each 34hz (Two HDC3.118 and New Box Coming Soon)
magillaru
Like shade tree said, def don't want to tighten hat charging post too much. You can get a dual input terminal for the charging post to keep your dual runs. Singer Alternators Team Asshole #anothershittysingerbuild

meade916
Hey man, i really appreciate you running so much SMD stuff in your ride. I want to send you a quart of Sunflash to help you finish your doors. FYI: it works best with WHITE substrate (fleece/fiberglass etc). On wood, it might feel tacky for a while but on something white (like mentioned), it is a LOT better. Also, please email me ([email protected]), i would like to replace that fuse holder. I believe it is one of our very first ones we made. They have been improved about 4-5 times since that model. You can keep that one just email me your info and ill get you all freshened up AND some resin. thanks again man!! Karkov
Meade is hooking me up! Mechman is repairing my alt (it still charges but the stud is fubar)! I couldn't justify spending a couple thousand or more on new/different subs just to probably have comparable sound/loud so this setup stays as is for a while longer. Spare alt (DC Power) keeping things at 14.9 for the time being anyway.
