ONE BIG BATT OR MULTIPLE SMALL BATT

hello everyone. im just looking for info, what is better to use one big battery like a northstar sms agm 480 or 2-3 smaller ones like xs d3400.

im going to be running two hdc3 18 on one sq 3500.1, i have a 04 avalanche with the stock alt. i am going to upgrade the alt to a h.o. alt in the future

A big battery has all of it's weight in one location where as a bank will let you distribute the weight over a larger area.

A single battery will require less wire as opposed to a bank, but the bulk can be a tough thing to hide and get bolted down to keep it secured as the added weight could cause it to shift much more easily in a crash, but there are cons and pro's to everything.
