Bass Mekanik songs clipping

Recommended Posts

I don't recall the exact numbers but it was their recommended volume not the plus or minus.

Do what triticum suggested and figure out the actual tuning of your enclosure. That will help us identify or eliminate some possibilities.

And if you can, go measure your enclosure, including the port measurements.

Pretty sure some of that bass mechanics stuff drops pretty low, you play below tuning and good bye soft parts.

Edit: there I was helpful.

Determined clipping by the excursion reaching past the mechanical limits of the sub.

Sorry, my bad. I misunderstood this for meaning that's how you determined where to set your gains.

Do the Bass Mekanik songs drop lower than your usual music?
