Cab ultra same as a sundown sa rev3?

So been seeing a lot on the new car audio bargain cab ultra sub and spec and price I can buy a sa12 for the same price I'm just wondering what sets the sub apart from the sa line? I know jacob sold cab the sa ultra sub rights but I thought the ultra was a a 1000 rms sub , most people are putting 1000 rms to say subs anyway with no problems. No hate or anything just curious.
