Today i opened my trunk and saw the little pond in my spare wheel compartment has returned. I could keep some nice fish in there but they probably freeze to death in winter time so finding the leak is the best option.

This is not what it seems to be ?

Put some tape on mdf, applied a small layer of wood glue on it and put a layer of plaster over it. If everything is going as planned i will be able to find the source of the leak when the water runs over the powdered layer of plaster creating dripps as in the test piece below.
