Toyota Sequoia Wall Build

Sequoia_Bass

Recommended Posts

I have a 2006 Toyota Sequoia that has all rear seats removed and ready for new build. I do not care how much space i use.

I plan on doing 6 SoundQubed Hds215s in a flat wall tuned to 32hz using a single aero port (two if i have to) i will be running them off 3 American Bass Ph4000MD's

My question is, if space doesn't matter then how many cubic feet should the box be and what size aero port would be optimal?

Also this will be a B pillar wall, or behind headrest i believe

I would plan on 24 cubic feet of net air space and at least 300 sq in of port area.  Two 14" ports would work well.

Thank you Triticum for the input! I will plan on 24 Cubes Net and using 2 14 Inch PVC Aero Ports. As to Everyone else, I Am a sophomore In High School and My Income Isn't Steady. So this build may take some time!! But non the less i am very dedicated and will post updates anytime something new in the build comes along!

FYI, you are probably going to have a hard time finding 14" PVC tubing, and if you do it will be really expensive.

For anything above 6" diameter, concrete form tubing is the way to go, here is an example:

Nope not first system! Ive had many systems. Although my current one is 3 psi platform 1 HP 15s i have 2 in my car and 1 in my room. going to be putting all three in room when i start on this build.

Also i will definetly use sonotube. I have a some questions about it though. How would i mount it to box? would loctite pl adheasive be fine? and also will it function fine without being kerfed.
