2004 Escalade EXT Build (repost for my site)

ok this thread is old but i wanted it on my site.....so if some things that are said dont make sense thats why  ;D The first pictures are when i brought it home so dont judge this truck till you get to the last pages when its been completed

Here is the rundown

Pioneer 7500DVD touchscreen

Pioneer Avic-80DVD Navigation

(1) Zapco C2k 4.0 (Custom fiberglass "crossover, amp rack")

(4) RE MT 15's (20cube box, 200inches of port planned)1" Plexi, 1 1/4" MDF, 3 layers of fiberglass,Mirrored inside, wrapped in Suede/gator.

LED Effects lighting (48 LED's per foot strip) and controller box (modded and relocated controlls to center console)

LED Pixles drilled into plexiglass speakerbaffle ****every color imaginable can be chosen or cycled****

Glowing "Escalade" Logo on box (endlit with LED's)

heres more of the seats.  A few of the fiberglass rack and shroud wrapped in white suede.  Vince Delgado of Seat Works here in Sacramento is handlin' the upholstery BTW.

2/3rd done with the install/upholstery.....gonna do another couple grand in white suede, as well as a lil more croc.  Were tryin to make it so the interior doesnt look "half done" since theres still way too much tan plastic pieces and such left to cover.  I also have that 3rd fiberglass "rack" im waiting to get wrapped before i can hook crossovers and the c2k 4.0 up.  The 4kw's in the pics arent hooked up yet theyre just sittin there right now till i get the piece in the center console finished that will house 4 displays for the 4kw's....oh ya this thing lights up and looks amazing with the white suede.  More pics as they SLOWWWWWWWWWLY trickle in.

heres a few update pics....the crossover/zapco 4.0 rack.  Like the amprack and shroud..this was handbuilt from scratch....wood, fiberglass, and wrapped in suede.  Goin back to the shop to take some pics of the misc interior stuff that has been completed this last week.  Slowly coming around...all the tan plastic on the A, B, and C pillars is wrapped in white suede now and he even made some croc "sleeves" where the seatbelt slips thru the plastic. (pics to come later)

 

 

 

 

the small black rectangular peices are just some croc accents.  the notches in the bottom are where the hump under the back seat is along with all the seat brackets it will be wrapping around.

^^^^^still got some work to do, naturally all 4 didnt fit so i need to do some more grinding in some spots and add kitty hair to a few spots that i over ground a little while knocking down the intial mold.

more pics......the carpet is going to be swapped out and done in black so yet another delay in me gettin the wires 100%.  Its all good for the most part they are all ran.

so the seats are out right now this is just kinda an idea what its gonna look like.  you lift the bottom of the seat and you see crossovers and the zap c2k 4.0.  then you drop the top of the back seat and bam theres the 4kw's and the 15's....

All this for the displays.....what a mess.

The black knob is for changing the color of the box.  It can be any color imaginable just about.

Here is the power supply.  An Iraggi 280 amp alt, yellow top up front.  All 1/0 in the truck including batterys have been soldered solid, not crimped.

300 amp fuse at the battery, alternator.  Big 3 done in all 1/0 OF COURSE!

i think i posted the (4) 2150's in the battery rack under the truck already, gotta dig em up.  I finally tied all that in to the system and its working out nice.
