So you have tried all 3 joeys on that TV and still the same freezing issue? and you only tested it with the same content, ie series/episodes? Have you tried a different HDMI cables on that TV?

also you should try lower/different resolutions with the joey on that TV

I have tried that, it only happens on the one TV. I have 3 TVs and only one has the problem. I switched the joeys thinking that would fix it and nope.

Haven't tried a different hdmi cable on it. No matter what joey I tried, the same freezing issue happened. Didn't matter what show or movie was tried, same thing would happen.

Just an idea.... but try one of the HDMI cables from the other TVs that work.... also check the settings in the Joey and tell us what resolution its output

Ok well that sorta worked. I can watch an hour long show then it messes up, but if I go back to the main menu then go back into it, it works again. I don't know if I'll have to do that every time but before I couldn't even do that.

Thats a start... Electronics are always annoying when troubleshooting but if you don't mind spending more time then it might be worth the effort..

So is there a reset on the joey itself? like a hard reset button or anything like that? or one from inside the menu of the Joey?

There is and tried that, it doesn't really help. I've even unplugged the joey for a minute (even though 10 sec. is all they recommend usually). I'm going to keep trying, only cause netflix has more to offer than a movie channel would.

last thing I could think of is to try other HDMI ports on that TV... I've seen one bad port too many times in my life....
